How it works for performers - Introductory:

Our system is self serving, by signing up performers create and manage their own profiles. We have an in-house messaging system where clients send messages and quote requests to the performers of their choosing which the performer can read and reply to. Our system sends notifications to the email address that you registered with to inform you of new messages.

We don't act as a booking agent, we are an online booking service where clients and performers deal direct with each other, we are not involved in the negotiation or booking process. We also don't charge any booking or commissions fees to either the client or performer.

Main profile features available to performers:

- Comprehensive profiling system that allows you to add/edit descriptions, categories, song lists, and more.

- Include up to 10 photos in your profile gallery, photos can be up to 800 pixels wide.

- Add up to 3 YouTube videos in your profile.

- Include your Reverbnation audio playlist in your profile.

- Choose up to 12 categories that your profile listing can appear in.

- Built-in "Request a Quote" delivered exclusively to your message inbox.

*(our system does not auto send your quote request to multiple performers to bid on, clients request quotes on an individual basis and of their own choosing).

Live Performance Booking Agreement:

Performers who need a booking agreement, we provide an exclusive online form that you can fill in and directly print it out online or alternately save it to your computer as a PDF file.

The booking agreement is un-branded, which means there's no mention of Book Musicians Direct on your form.

It's a very easy and quick method to produce a generic booking agreement for your clients that will look professional and includes the basic essential elements that should meet and satisfy most requirements for both clients and performers.

Our online document tools allows you to even Digitally Sign your agreement by importing your digital signature.

Note - You are not obligated or required to use our booking agreement, it's simply a service that's provided as a convenience for our performers.

We offer a FREE basic listing and a premium listing:

If the extra perks of our premium listing such as being a featured member or having additional contact info like your website link made public isn't that important to you, our free basic listing will still give you exposure without paying anything unless you actually get some leads. Once you receive leads or quote requests from clients you can then decide if you wish to upgrade to a premium listing so that you can reply back to them.
